ABPSUG Payment Policy
Conference registration and course selections will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Payment is only accepted through PAYPAL.
ABPSUG Cancellation Policy
Cancellation prior to May 31, 2018 - Full registration fee back less any processing fee
Cancellation between June 1 - September 15, 2018- 50% of registration fee back, less any processing fees
Cancellations received after September 15, 2018 are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions.
Please note: Attendees are responsible to cancel their hotel rooms.
ABPSUG Transfer of Registration Policy
Attendees who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to someone else for a $25 administration fee (plus additional fees for processing), if done prior to October 1, 2018.
Note: Course selections may be limited, course changes will be based on availability at time of transfer.
ABPSUG Applicable Role Policy
We reserve the right to cancel a registration (with a full refund) of those who are not in a school based Admin Support/Secretary position.
