ABPSUG Payment Policy
Conference registration and course selections will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Payment is only accepted through PAYPAL or credit card.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Attendees who cancel their hotel room 7 or less days prior to their arrival date, will be charged the full cost of the booking.
ABPSUG Cancellation Policy
Cancellation prior to May 31, 2019 - Full registration fee back less any processing fee
Cancellation between June 1 - September 15, 2019- 50% of registration fee back, less any processing fees
Cancellations received after September 15, 2019 are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions.
Please note: Attendees are responsible to cancel their hotel rooms.
ABPSUG Transfer of Registration Policy
Attendees who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to someone else for a $50 administration fee (plus additional fees for processing), if done prior to October 15, 2019.
Note: Course selections may be limited, course changes will be based on availability at time of transfer.
ABPSUG Switching Conference Sessions Policy
(changing from Session A to Session B or vice versa)
Prior to April 15, 2019 - no charge
April 16 - June 30, 2019 - $100 change fee
After June 30, 2019 - no changes can be accommodated. No exceptions
Note: Conference switching will be based on availability at time of request.
ABPSUG Applicable Role Policy
We reserve the right to cancel a registration (with a full refund) of those who are not in a school based Admin Support/Secretary position.
